For any refunds or exchanges on candles please contact us by email. Email us at sales@lumascents.com. If the candles are damaged after candle usage, buyers are not eligible for refund or exchange. If the candle is damaged during shipment you are qualified to refund or exchange the candle. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the package back to us. Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days and exchanges can take 5-12 business days depending on the distance from location and other factors.
Please have all of your information ready when exchanging or refunding your candle so we can confirm that you are the original buyer. Providing the recommended information below will also help us speed the process and get your candle refunded or exchanged almost immediately.
